So, you're obviously not leaving here right now with the vehicle you came in with. We understand that this is not a good thing for you. You are undoubtedly annoyed, inconvenienced, concerned about costs and to top it all off, stuck in Coxsackie, NY. Things could be worse but it still really stinks. Car Rentals
LACY'S - 518-943-4800 This is a local dealership and if they can, they'll pick you up. No one-way rentals.
ALBANY AIRPORT - Various agencies but 30 miles north and they won't pick you up. If you rent from there, you'll need to taxi. HERTZ - 518-783-1081; BUDGET - 518-783-7771; AVIS - 518-785-3081
Taxi
COXSACKIE TRANSPORT - 518-731-8242; DECKERS - 518-943-4530. Please ask for approximate costs from both so there's no surprises!
Bus / Train
GREYHOUND (Albany) 800-231-2222; AMTRAK (Hudson) 800-858-8555. You are 20 miles from both stations and must taxi there.
LODGING
RED CARPET INN - 518-731-6211 This is a good choice as it's right across the street and has a restaurant & bar (yea!) on premise. It's also a truck stop, so no room service.
HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS - 518-719-1999 Brand new, higher end, pool, also directly across the road but no eats.
FOOD XTRA MART - Just past the traffic light, typical convenience store fare.
